If you represent an insurance company and would like to purchase a fire report, please fill out the fire report request form by clicking on the PDF icon below.  Mail this form to the Ida Township Volunteer Fire Department along with the $5.00 processing fee.  All fire reports will be sent to the requesting insurance company by U.S. mail.  Requests may take up to 3-4 weeks in order to be processed.
